Nationality
To apply for the Indian Bank Apprentice 2024 position, a candidate must meet one of the following criteria:
(i) Be a citizen of India,
(ii) Be a subject of Nepal,
(iii) Be a subject of Bhutan,
(iv) Be a Tibetan refugee who arrived in India to settle permanently before 1 January 1962.
(v) Be a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African countries (Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam) to permanently settle in India.

Age Limit & Relaxation

Indian Bank Apprentice 2024 Selection Process
Candidates applying for the apprenticeship in the Indian Bank, after paying the requisite online fee, will undergo a selection process that includes:
Online Written Test (objective type)
- The online written examination will consist of four parts.
- The test will be conducted in major regional languages (as determined by the Bank), except for General English, which will be in English.
- A merit list will be created state-wise and category-wise.
- Candidates who qualify the test will be ranked based on their aggregate marks in descending order within their respective states and categories.
Local Language Proficiency Test
- Candidates applying for training seats in a selected kingdom should be gifted (studying, writing, talking, and expertise) in one of the specified neighborhood languages of that kingdom.
- A test for know-how of the opted nearby language might be carried out as part of the selection manner, following the net written examination.
- Candidates who do not qualify this language check will no longer be engaged as apprentices.
