Kerala PSC has invited applications from graduates to the Secretariat Assistant post in April 2021. The posts included in this recruitment are Assistants/ Auditors to various state departments like Government Secretariat, Kerala Public Service Commission, Advocate General’s Office (Ernakulam), Local Fund Audit Department, Office of the Vigilance Tribunal and Special Judge and Enquiry Commissioner office. PSC may conduct the written exam against this notification by end of this year. Kerala PSC Secretariat Assistant Admit Card 2022

For graduates below 40 years, Secretariat Assistant is a golden chance to kick start their state service career. PSC d conducts a written exam followed by document verification to select the candidates from the application pool. The selected candidates will be able to start their career on a pay scale of Rs.27800-59400. For each stage of screening, PSC will publish admit cards for eligible candidates. For appearing to the written tests, applicants must give their confirmation for the same through the application portal when the window is available. The Secretariat Assistant written exam hall ticket will be published to only those who have submitted the confirmation. Even though the Secretariat Assistant admit card release date is yet to know, once the official hall ticket window is live, you can download the admit cards either from your PSC application portal or through the belwo given link.

PSC will only one ranked list against this notification and candidates will be advised from this list against all the vacancies reported for the post from all the Departments mentioned above. As such an applicant need to send only one application. Candidates will be advised for recruitment to each Department according to the order in which vacancies are reported from each Department and following the ranks secured by them subject to the rules of reservation and rotation in force.

The Ranked list of selected candidates published by the Commission in response to the Secretariat Assistant shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year from the date of publication.

Eligibility Criteria

The required eligibility to apply for the Secretariat Assistant 2022 recruitment is:

• Education Qualification: Candidates should have completed the graduation in any stream from any UGC  recognized university or its equivalent.
• Age Limit:  Candidates age shall be between 18 years and 36 years. Only candidates born between January 02, 1985, and January 01, 2003 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post.  Usual upper age limit relaxation applies to candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, and Scheduled Tribes community.
