Kerala PSC Secretariat Assistant Notification 2022

Kerala Public Service Commission has released a notification for the prestigious exam of Kerala PSC- Secretariat Assistant 2022. The exam is a much-awaited exam and will now be held along with the Combined Degree-level examinations. The candidates who have submitted the application should give confirmation from 23 June to 12 July 2021. The candidates who submit confirmation during this window will only be allowed to attend the examination. The Degree level Prelims exam will be tentatively held in September 2021.

The notification Secretariat Assistant was released on 3rd April and the last date to apply for the Kerala PSC Secretariat Assistant Notification 2022 was before 05th May 2021. The application for the direct recruitment/ by transfer can only be submitted online through the One Time Registration- Thulasi.

Latest Exam Notification for Secretariat Assistant – Confirmation and Exam Date 2022

Note:

Persons holding low paid post included in any of the Subordinate Service under the State Government (Except the posts of Lower Division Clerks, Typists, and similar posts) can submit an application in response to this notification for appointment as Assistant/ Auditor against 2 % vacancies of the total no. of vacancies reported. Candidates holding low-paid posts should have 2 years aggregate service in their respective category of post and must have the minimum educational qualification prescribed for an appointment for the post of Assistant through Direct Recruitment.

The Ranked list of selected candidates published by the Commission in response to this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new list after the expiry of the minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier.

Secretariat Assistant Notification 2022: Eligibility Requirements

Age Limit

The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 36 years. Only candidates born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2003 (Both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post.

Upper age relaxation can be availed by the eligible candidates.

Educational Qualification

A Degree in any faculty from a recognized University or its equivalent.

Salary

The pay-scale for the Secretariat Assistant post under various government department is Rs. 27800-59400/-.

Secretariat Assistant Selection Procedure 2022

Selection will be based on the Written/ OMR/ Online Objective examination. As per the new scheme Commission may conduct a combined exam based on the educational qualification having Prelims Mains and Interview. Candidates should submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile. Such candidates alone can generate and download the Admission Tickets in the last 15 days till the date of the Test. The applications of candidates who do not submit confirmation within the stipulated period will be rejected absolutely.

A common OMR test will be conducted by transfer category along with the candidates for direct recruitment.

The selected candidates will be shortlisted and called for Interview/ Document Verification and the Final rank list will then be prepared from the qualified candidates.
