Educational Qualification
ASI (Steno) :
- Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from a recognized Board or University or equivalent.
- Shorthand @ 80 words per minute in English OR in Hindi in 10 minutes. Transcription of dictation in English in 50 minutes OR in Hindi in 65 minutes, on computer.
HC Ministerial :
- Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from a recognized Board or University or equivalent.
- 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer.
Applicants should meet the required physical standards as well as medical standards.
Age Limit
The age limit of the candidate should be between 18 years to 25 years of age.

Candidates who are eligible to apply for both posts must have to pay Rs.100 (applicable for both posts) as an application fee. Fee should be paid online through net banking, credit/ debit card, UPI, wallet. Once paid the fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates who belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, BSF candidate, Female candidates and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from payment of examination fee.
