IBPS RRB PO 2026 Interview Selection
The total marks allotted for the Interview are 100. The relative weightage (ratio) of Online Examination and Interview will be 80:20 respectively for the Officers cadre.
The combined final score of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in the Online Main Examination for the post of Officers Scale 1 and in the Single Level Examination for the post of Officers Scale 2& 3.
The candidates qualifying both in the Online Examination (Main / Single) and Common Interview and who are in the merit will be shortlisted for subsequent provisional allotment process.

Documents Required
All the candidates must produce the relevant documents such as a valid call letter, a photocopy of photo-identity proof along with the original bearing the same name as it appears on the online submitted application form etc. at the time of preliminary and main/ single examination and interview and/or joining respectively.
Any candidate who does not bring the authenticated or stamped call letter of preliminary examination and authenticated or stamped photocopy of ID proof during the time of the main examination will not be allowed to appear for the examination.
Call letter and copy of ID proof must be submitted at the examination venue for Single Examination for Officers Scale II and III, as instructed. Hence, make sure to carry them along. Given below, we are sharing some of the most important documents to be carried to the application.

- photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm)
- signature
- left thumb impression of the candidate. In case, the candidate does not have a left thumb, he/she may use his/ her right thumb. However, if the candidate does not have both thumbs (left and right), then the impression of one of the fingers of the left hand should be taken- starting from the forefinger.
- a handwritten declaration. This handwritten declaration must be in the candidate’s handwriting itself. Moreover, it must be written in the English language only. All the aspirants must note that, if the declaration form is filled by any person other than the candidate or is written in any other language except English, then the application will remain invalid. The text for the handwritten declaration is as follows –
“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
2. All the necessary documents and information needed to make the online fee payment.
3. A valid email ID and phone number. These should be kept active at least until the result of the applied examination is declared by the board.
IBPS RRB PO 2026 Allotment
The candidates will be finally selected based on the marks obtained in the mains exam and the interview. The weightage ratio of the online mains exam and interview is 80:20. The minimum marks have to obtain even in the interview process to be considered for the final selection.
A candidate should qualify both in the Online Main Exam and interview and be sufficiently high in the merit to be shortlisted for subsequent provisional allotment process. On completion of the interview process, depending on the vacancies to be filled in during the financial year 2026-27 and based on the business needs of the Participating Organizations, candidates shortlisted will be provisionally allotted to one of the Participating Organizations, based on merit-cum-preference.
