IBPS SO Posts List 2021-2022
This year IBPS will recruit specialist officers to various banks across the country by organizing a nationwide recruitment drive. The board has decided to conduct the recruitment in three stages. This includes- preliminary exam, main exam, and the interview. The preliminary examination is scheduled to be held on the 26th of December 2021 while the main exam will be held on 30th January 2022. Applications are invited online from eligible and suitable candidates for various specialist posts.

Preliminary Exam Selection Procedure
The preliminary selection under IBPS SO recruitment 2021 will be done through the online written examination. The exam pattern of the preliminary phase IBPS SO 2021 will vary for different profiles. Interview
- The Interview of IBPS SO 2021 will be conducted by the participating organizations of the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection and will be coordinated by the nodal banks in each State or Union territory, with the assistance of IBPS.
- Candidates who will successfully clear the IBPS SO prelims and mains examination will be called for the interview round based on the marks obtained by them.
- The interview round consists of 100 marks in total.
- The minimum qualifying marks in the IBPS SO Interviews will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates).
- To select or shortlist the candidates, they are required to secure marks in the ratio of 80:20. The final score will arrive on the basis of total scores obtained by the candidates in the Online Main Examination of CWE- SPL-X and Interview.
