Interview
- The Interview of IBPS SO 2025 will be conducted by the participating organizations of the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection and will be coordinated by the nodal banks in each State or Union territory, with the assistance of IBPS.
- Candidates who will successfully clear the IBPS SO prelims and mains examination will be called for the interview round based on the marks obtained by them.
- The interview round consists of 100 marks in total.
- The minimum qualifying marks in the IBPS SO Interviews will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates).
- To select or shortlist the candidates, they are required to secure marks in the ratio of 80:20. The final score will arrive on the basis of total scores obtained by the candidates in the Online Main Examination of CWE- SPL-X and Interview.
