Age Limit
The minimum age to apply for IBPS SO is 20 years and the maximum age is 30 years. There are certain relaxations to the same which will be duly mentioned, wherein the maximum age is increased for candidates belonging to the reserved categories.

Educational Qualification
- IBPS SO exam eligibility: The candidates should ensure that only the below-mentioned qualifications and detailed educational qualifications mentioned in the official notification will be considered at the time of appointment.
- Candidates should have a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/ Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/ College/ Institute for posts other than IT Officer Scale I.
- All certificates and degrees should be from a University/Board recognized by the Government of India.
