Kerala PSC Armed SI 2022 Cut Off Marks Expected and Previous

The Kerala PSC Armed SI Police notification was released on 31st December 2019. Interested eligible candidates may have applied for the post as the last date to apply for the post was 05/02/2020. Candidates who have applied for the post have to attend the Kerala PSC Degree Level exam held by the Kerala Public Service Commission (www.keralapsc.gov.in). Note: Women and Differently abled candidates are not eligible to apply for this post.

The scale of pay: Rs. 32,300 – 68,700/-

Number of vacancies: Anticipated vacancies

Method of appointment: Direct Recruitment

• Category No 386/2019: Open Market
• Category No 387/2019: From among Graduate Head Constables, Police Constables, and officers of the corresponding rank in Police or Vigilance Department.

Age Limit:

• Category – I (Open Market) – 20-31 years. Only candidates born between 02.01.1988 and 01.01.1999. (both dates included).
• Category – II (Constabulary) – 20-36 years. Only candidates born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.1999 (both dates included).

Educational Qualification: The applicant should possess a Graduation.

Physical Qualification: Physically fit candidates possessing a minimum physical standard of:

• Height 167 cm (Taller Persons will be given preference).
• Chest Measurement 81 cm with a minimum expansion of 5 cm

Kerala PSC Armed SI: Previous Year Cut Off Mark 

Armed Police Sub Inspector(Trainee)(Constabulary): The candidates who have secured 33.33 marks and above were included in the shortlist.

Armed Police Sub Inspector(Trainee): The candidates who have secured 48.67 marks and above were included in the Main List of the shortlist.

Armed Police Sub Inspector (Trainee)(SR for SC/ST): The candidates who have secured 60.67 marks and above were included in the Main List of the shortlist.

Armed SI: Expected Cut Off Mark 2022

Armed Police Sub Inspector(Trainee)(Constabulary): 35-40 marks

Armed Police Sub Inspector(Trainee): 45-53 marks

Kerala PSC Armed SI: Exam Pattern and Syllabus

The selection will be through:

• Written Test/OMR Test/Online Test
• Physical Examination
• Physical Efficiency Test
• Document verification

The written exam will be having 100 objective questions with one mark each. The time duration of the exam will be 75 minutes. There will be a negative mark for wrong answers, 1/3 mark will be deducted for every mistake. And, the exam will be in English medium.
