The appointment will be through Direct Recruitment.
Age Limit:
18–36 years. Only candidates born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2007 (both dates inclusive) are eligible to apply. Usual age relaxation is applicable for candidates belonging to Other Backward Communities (OBC) and Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST).
Special Age Relaxation for Provisional Hands:
Provisional hands working in the concerned organization will be granted age relaxation equal to their provisional service period, up to a maximum of five years from the upper age limit, provided they were within the prescribed age on the date of their first appointment. Regular employees are not eligible for this concession. Provisional hands must produce a service certificate specifying their provisional period and confirming they were not in regular service.
Educational Qualifications:
- Pass in SSLC or equivalent.
- Typewriting Malayalam (Lower) – KGTE or equivalent.
- Typewriting English (Lower) – KGTE and Computer Word Processing or equivalent.
Additional Notes:
- Those who passed KGTE Typewriting before January 2002 must also produce a separate certificate in Computer Word Processing or its equivalent.
- Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable.
- Qualifications recognized as equivalent/higher by Government orders or acceptable to the PSC will also be considered, provided proof is produced when required.
