The NABARD Development Assistant recruitment process has two stages of Computer-Based tests and local language proficiency tests. The recruitment has two factions, one for candidates hiring for the general stream, and the other set of candidates who get hired for the Development Assistant Hindi stream. While the preliminary exam for the general stream has questions from three topics namely: Numerical Ability, Reasoning Ability, English language, the Hindi stream will have questions from Reasoning Ability, English Language, and Hindi language.
