The NABARD Development Assistant recruitment process has two stages of Computer-Based tests and local language proficiency tests. The recruitment has two factions, one for candidates hiring for the general stream, and the other set of candidates who get hired for the Development Assistant Hindi stream. While the preliminary exam for the general stream has questions from three topics namely: Numerical Ability, Reasoning Ability, English language, the Hindi stream will have questions from Reasoning Ability, English Language, and Hindi language. The same difference can be found in the stage-II main examination also. In both stages, candidates opting for the Development Assistant: Hindi stream will have questions from the Hindi language instead of the Numerical Ability.

The recruitment commission follows a certain pattern and scheme for the NABARD Development Assistant exam marking scheme. Here are the details that the candidate needs to know about the NABARD Development Assistant marking scheme for the year 2022. For Development Assistant(Hindi) Numerical Ability is replaced with the test of Professional Knowledge (Hindi). There will be 100 questions of 100 marks with a composite timing of 1 hour.
