National Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) is the summit of a Development Financial Institution that provides to the needs of the rural population in India. Initially the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) constituted a Committee to Review the Arrangements for Institutional Credit for Agriculture and Rural Development (CRAFICARD). As per committee’s recommendation a unique development financial institution to address these aspirations was formed. The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) was approved by the Parliament in the year 1981. The bank selects eligible candidates both on a regular and contractual basis. 1: What does the acronym "ATM" stand for in banking?
The Selection process of NABARD Grade B exam consists of three stages
- NABARD Grade B preliminary examination
- NABARD Grade B mains examination
- NABARD Grade B Interview

Note:
- The exam mode is objective .
- NABARD Grade B prelims is qualifying in nature
- For every wrong answer 1/4th marks will be deducted
- Candidate who qualify by scoring sufficient high marks as decided by NABARD will be eligible for mains exam
- Prelims will serve as screening test

Note:
- The paper 1 and paper 2 exams will be conducted in the morning
- The paper 3 exam will be conducted in the afternoon
- Candidates has to download two admit cards for morning and afternoon shifts
- The exam centre will be specifies in both the admit cards
- All the papers except English paper will be bilingual. Candidates can choose either English or Hindi language to answer the other two papers.
- Paper 2 and Paper 3 will have negative marking. 1/4th of the marks will be deducted for every wrong answer
NABARD Grade B Interview
The interview round is the last phase of NABARD Grade B Manager post selection process. The interview is conducted for aspirants qualifying in the mains exam and secures suitably high rank in merit. Aspirants in the ratio 1:5 will be called for Interview. The interview carries 40 marks. The questions here asked can be related to subject, hobbies, personal and professional.
