Validity of the Kerala PSC Agricultural Assistant Rank List 2026

The Kerala PSC Agricultural Assistant Rank List 2026 will remain valid until a new rank list is published after a minimum period of one year or until the completion of three years, whichever occurs earlier. During this period, candidates will be considered for appointment based on reported vacancies, reservation rules, and rotation policies applicable at the time.

It is important to note that inclusion in the rank list does not guarantee an appointment. Advice for appointment depends entirely on the availability of vacancies reported to the Kerala Public Service Commission. Candidates who remain in the list when it is cancelled will not have any claim for future appointments based on that rank list.

Candidates who appeared for the online examination should note that rechecking and revaluation of answer sheets are not permitted. However, Kerala PSC provides an option to obtain a printout of the answer sheet by paying the prescribed fee of ₹335.

Applicants must submit their request through their One Time Registration (OTR) profile on the official Kerala PSC website using the available e-payment facility. The application for answer sheet printout must be submitted within 15 days from the date of publication of the rank list. Applications sent through email, post, or direct submission will not be accepted. Each candidate can receive a copy of the answer sheet only once.

Correction of Community Details in the Kerala PSC Agricultural Assistant Rank List 2026

The community details shown in the rank list are based on the information provided by candidates in their application and verified through supporting documents. If any candidate finds discrepancies in their community status as recorded in the rank list, they should immediately inform the Deputy Secretary (Examination)-III, Kerala Public Service Commission, Thiruvananthapuram.

Such requests must be submitted within one month from the publication date of the rank list. Failure to report discrepancies within the stipulated period may result in the candidate being considered according to the details already entered in the rank list.

Procedure for Relinquishment of Agricultural Assistant Rank List Claim

Candidates who do not wish to be considered for appointment through the Kerala PSC Agricultural Assistant Rank List 2026 may voluntarily relinquish their claim. To do so, they must submit an application in the prescribed format available on the official Kerala PSC website.

The relinquishment request should be addressed to the Secretary, Kerala Public Service Commission, Head Office, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram. The application must be duly attested by a Gazetted Officer and accompanied by a notarized affidavit and a self-attested copy of a valid photo identity proof.

Requests submitted in any format other than the prescribed one will not be accepted. Applications received within 15 days of the rank list publication will be considered against pending vacancy requisitions. After this period, relinquishment requests will only be accepted if received before the vacancy is reported for the candidate’s advice.
