Candidates whose names appear in the Kerala PSC Divisional Accountant Rank List 2026 should carefully read the important instructions issued by the Kerala Public Service Commission. These guidelines explain the validity of the rank list, answer sheet copy process, community correction procedure, and relinquishment of rank.
Kerala PSC Divisional Accountant Rank List 2026 Validity
The Kerala PSC Divisional Accountant Rank List 2026 will remain valid for a minimum of one year and up to a maximum of three years, or until a new rank list is published, whichever occurs earlier. Appointments will be made only against vacancies reported to the Kerala PSC during the validity period. Inclusion in the rank list does not guarantee appointment, as selection depends on the availability of vacancies and reservation rules.
Answer Sheet Copy and Tabulation Sheet
Candidates cannot apply for revaluation or rechecking of their answer scripts. However, they can obtain a scanned copy of the answer sheet and tabulation sheet by applying through their One Time Registration (OTR) profile on the Kerala PSC website. A fee of ₹335 per paper must be paid through the online payment facility. The application must be submitted within 15 days from the date of publication of the rank list (on or before 09 July 2026). Applications sent through email, post, or direct submission will not be accepted.
Community Details Correction in Kerala PSC Rank List
The community details mentioned in the rank list are based on the information and documents submitted during the application process. If any candidate finds an error in the recorded community, they should inform the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-I, Kerala PSC within one month from the publication date of the rank list. Failure to report discrepancies within the specified period may affect reservation benefits during appointment.
How to Relinquish Kerala PSC Divisional Accountant Rank
Candidates who do not wish to receive appointment advice from the Kerala PSC Divisional Accountant Rank List 2026 may submit a relinquishment application in the prescribed format available on the Kerala PSC website. The application must be duly attested by a Gazetted Officer and accompanied by a notarized affidavit and a self-attested copy of a valid photo ID. Requests submitted in any other format will not be accepted.
To be considered for vacancies already reported to the Commission, the relinquishment request must reach the Kerala PSC within 15 days from the publication of the rank list. After this period, requests will only be considered if received before the vacancy against which the candidate is to be advised.
