LIC conducts exams in Housing Finance for the posts of Assistant, Associates, and Assistant Managers as per the vacancies every year. LIC HFL is LIC Housing Finance Limited. LIC HFL exams aspirants must be familiar with the exam pattern and syllabus. The syllabus mainly consists of Logic Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, and English. 50 questions each are asked from each topic, making a total of 200 questions.

• LIC HFL Assistant

The work of an Assistant is similar to a clerk. They assist in maintaining accounts and attend the cash counters. They are meant to do back-office tasks and perform various responsibilities given to them by the manager. The applicant who applies for an Assistant job must have a degree with a minimum of 55% marks. As per the LIC HFL, the basic salary of an Assistant is approximately Rs. 23,870 per month.

• LIC HFL Associates

Obviously, the Associate position is higher than the Assistant, as well as their job responsibilities. The Associates have to cross-sell the insurance products and advice better investment plans to the clients. Also, deals with other administrative matters that are assigned by the superiors. In order to apply for the Associate post, the applicant must be a graduate with 60% marks and a C A Intermediate. The salary of an Associate is around Rs. 21,270 per month.

• LIC HFL Assistant Manager

An Assistant Manager’s responsibilities vary from one department to another. They are more responsible for screening and evaluating the worthiness of a client. They give approvals for loans and others. They take important decisions. The basic salary of an Assistant Manager is Rs.32,815 per month. The applicants for this post must be a graduate with 60% marks and two years full-time MMS/MBA/PGDBA/PGPM/PGDM in any discipline.

Selection Process for LIC HFL 2022

The selection process in LIC HFL job posts takes place in three phases. The first phase is the online test phase, the next is an interview, and lastly, the medical examination.

• The online test

The online test is an online exam that consists of 200 questions from the topics Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English, and General Awareness. The candidates have 120 minutes for the completion of their test. Each question carries one mark and ¼ marks will be deducted from every wrong answer. A candidate must score a minimum qualifying mark in order to get into the next phase of the recruitment.
