NABARD Grade B Job Profile 2020 – Role, Career Growth
NABARD is a development finance institution and it is a flourishing sector from three decades onwards. It is solely dedicated to operations in the field of credit for agriculture and other economic activities in rural areas. Job Profile of NABARD Grade B (Manager)

- The main function of NABARD is to provide and manage credit flow for the promotion & development of agriculture, cottage, village and other small scale industries in rural areas across the country.
- Providing refinancing support for building rural infrastructure.
- Preparing district-level credit plans to motivate the Banking industry to achieve targets.
- Supervising Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) and State Co-operative Banks (SCBs).
- Formulating new development schemes.
- Providing training & market to handicraft artisans
- Providing term loans with less interest rates.
- Providing credit facilities to Marketing Federations
- Assisting Co-operative banks and producer organizations financially
- Providing Alternative Investment Funds (AIF)
