NABARD Salary Details
Grade A Officers
- Starting basic pay of Rs.28150/- p.m. in the scale of 28150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7)–46600–EB 1750(4)-53600-2000(1)- 55600.
- Assistant Managers are eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time.
- The present initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 60,000/-.
- Perquisites offers are like: reimbursement of expenses for maintenance of vehicle for official purpose, newspaper, internet, telephone charges, book grant, allowance for furnishing of residence.
- Also can avail reimbursement of medical expenses for OPD treatment/hospitalization as per eligibility. Interest-free festival advance, Leave Travel Concession (once in two years for self, spouse and eligible dependents), Loans and Advances at concessional rates of interest for Housing, Car, Education of children, Consumer Articles, Personal computer.

Grade B Officers
- Starting basic pay of Rs. 35150/- p.m. in the scale of Rs.35150 – 1750 (9) – 50900 – EB – 1750(2) – 54400 – 2000 (4) – 62400.
- At present, initial monthly Gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 73600/-p.m.
- Allowances and perquisites same as the Assistant Manager post.

Group B Officers
- Basic pay of Rs. 14,650/- per month (including two advance increments) in the scale of Rs.13150 -750 -15400 – 900 -19000 -1200-26200 -1300-28800-1480-33240 -1750 -34990.
- The present, initial monthly Gross emoluments for Development Assistant/Development Assistant (Hindi) is approximately Rs.32,000/-.
- They are also available for the above allowances.
