SBI Clerk 2025 Promotions
A candidate will have to go through a six-month probationary period before they are made permanent employees. Junior Associates who have just been hired will need to finish the bank’s required e-lessons during their probationary period in order to be confirmed in the bank; otherwise, their probation will be extended until they do so. 2 | Promotions of SBI Clerk to the position of Officer Cadre to Trainee officer | After passing a written exam and interview, a candidate who has served as a clerk for three years can advance to the position of trainee officer. For the first two years of their appointment as Trainee Officers, such clerks are kept on probation. The trainee officer will either be hired into the Middle Management Grade Scale-II (MMGS-II) cadre or demoted back to the clerical cadre depending on performance after the probationary period. |
