SSC CHSL cut off: The Staff Selection Commission’s(SSC) Combined Higher Secondary Level(CHSL) examination is to recruit for various positions like Lower Division Clerk(LD Clerk), Data Entry Operator(DEO), Sorting Assistant, junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) in various central government departments. Every year Staff Selection Commission recruits hundreds towards these services through a common recruitment exam. SSC CHSL selection has three stages of the screening process. More than twenty lakh candidates fill their application for SSC CHSL in the earlier years, this year the number has gone up. A systematic and dedicated study is required to crack this hard nut. SSC CHSL Cut Off Marks 2022 – Category Wise
The entrance examination for Staff Selection Commission CHSL Tier 1 will be conducted from 24th May to 10th June and there will be 100 questions which will be included in the entrance examination. The students will be provided two marks each for the objective type MCQ questions. There will be a negative marking of 0.5 marks for wrong answers in the entrance examination. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will normalize the scores of candidates who appeared in the SSC CHSL 2022 Exam. As the exam is being conducted in multi-shifts from 4th to 12th August & 12th to 19th April 2022, the normalization method will take into account any variation in the difficulty levels of the question papers across different shifts.

SSC CHSL Cut off 2021
The Staff Selection Commission is all set to conduct the Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination to recruit candidates to various vacant positions. As was said in the recruitment notification, the applications from eligible candidates were accepted for the selection process. And the commission had earlier scheduled to conduct the Tier 01 exam in the month of April. But, this got postponed two times due to the ongoing pandemic. As soon as the commission conducts the examination and results are announced, the cut off marks for the year will also be released by the commission. It is the minimum mark that a candidate should obtain in order to qualify for the next round of the selection process. Let’s check the SSC CHSL Tier-01 cut off marks for the last few years.

Age Limit: 18 years -27 years
Educational Qualification
- For LDC/ JSA, PA/ SA, DEO (except DEOs in C&AG): The applicants should have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or
- For Data Entry Operator (DEO Grade ‘A’) in the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG): The candidates should be 12th pass in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or equivalent.

SSC CHSL Tier- II
The SSC CHSL Tier-II is of descriptive nature. The candidates should write an essay ( 200- 250 words) and Letter (150-200 words) in 60 minutes. The maximum score for the exam is 100 marks. One should score at least 33.33% to consider for the Tier-III.
SSC CHSL Tier-III
Data Entry Operator (DEO)
Skill Test is mandatory. No candidate is exempted from appearing in the Skill Test.
8,000 Key Depressions per hour on Computer. Exam Duration – 15 minutes.
For the skill test for the post of DEO in the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, there should be 15,000 key depressions per hour on the computer. Exam Duration – 15 minutes.
Typing Test for LDC/ JSA and Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant
The typing test will be either in Hindi or English. The candidates can select the medium of the Typing Test.
- English typing speed – 35 words per minute and 10500 key depressions per hour.
- Hindi typing speed – 30 words per minute and 9000 key depressions per hour.
