- Pay protection for departmental candidates: Candidates joining “Through Proper Channel” from other CPSUs/PSUs, Central/State Govt., or Autonomous Bodies under Govt. of India will get their last drawn Basic Pay protected, provided their services are transferred to BPCL from such an organization. However, this protected pay will not exceed ₹34,000/- (maximum of NG-2 grade).
