Delhi Police SI – Age limit

Educational Qualification for Delhi Police SI
- The applicant must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university or equivalent.
- Male candidates must possess a valid Driving License for Light Motor Vehicle (LMV).
The authority has fixed the physical measurements required by the candidates.
Medical Standards
- Eyesight: The minimum near vision should be N6 (better eye) and N9 (worse eye). The minimum distant vision should be 6/6 (better eye) and 6/9 (worse eye) of both eyes without any corrections.
- The candidate with knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes are ineligible.
- Candidates should possess high colour vision.
- Candidates must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any forms of physical defects.
- A tattoo depicting religious symbol or figures and the name, as followed in Indian Army is permitted. The size of the tattoo must be less than ¼ of the particular part (Elbow or Hand) of the body.

Eligibility for Female Candidates
Graduates below 25 years are eligible for Delhi Police SI recruitment. Candidates should have completed their graduation on or before the document verification process. The other eligibility criteria for Delhi Police SI female candidates are:

Delhi Police SI 2022: Result
After the completion of the first three stages of the exam, the final result will be declared on the official website of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). The merit list of the qualified individuals will be published by the commission for the medical examination.
After that, shortlisted individuals will be called for the Document Verification (DV). After the DV procedure, the final merit list will be declared which will contain the names of the individuals selected for training.
