Exam Pattern
The IBPS Clerk preliminary examination is conducted online and candidates are allocated total duration of 1 hour which is 20 minutes for each section to complete the preliminary exam. Candidates have to qualify in each of the three tests by securing cut-off marks to be decided by IBPS. An adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by IBPS depending upon requirements will be shortlisted for the Online Main examination.

English Language:
Under the English Language section 30 questions of the IBPS Clerk Prelims the participants will be tested on the topics that are covered in this section.
