Who Can Apply for KLDC Assistant Project Engineer Post – Eligibility Criteria

This is a direct recruitment from in-service personnel notification, restricted to serving employees of KLDC. Candidates appointed through employment exchange or working on a temporary basis are not eligible to apply.

Educational Qualification

Applicants must satisfy both of the following conditions:

i. Educational Qualification (any one):

• B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering / Agricultural Engineering or its equivalent from a UGC/AICTE recognized University, a National Institute established by the Central Government, or an institution established by the Government of Kerala.
• OR a pass in Sections A and B of the Associate Membership Examination (AMIE) of the Institution of Engineers (India) in Civil Engineering.

ii. Service Experience:

• Candidates must have worked as Draftsman/Overseer for at least 3 years in the Corporation.
• Candidates from any other lower category must have worked in the Administrative, Technical, Ministerial, or Last Grade Service for at least 4 years.
