Kerala PSC Departmental Test 2026 Exam Schedule
- The time table PDF lists the exam date, time and paper for every test in the July 2026 session.
- The personal time table for each candidate, covering only the papers they applied for, is available in their KPSC profile. KPSC does not post time tables to individuals.

- Go to www.keralapsc.gov.in.
- Open Examination Timetable from the menu (Home > Examination Timetable).
- Find “Departmental Tests – July 2026 – Time Table” (uploaded 09-10-2026).
- Click Download to open the PDF.
- Note the date, time and paper for each test you applied for.
- Log in to your KPSC profile to see your personal time table and download the admission ticket.
Kerala PSC Departmental Test 2026 Admission Ticket (Hall Ticket) Instructions
- Download the admission ticket with your photo from your KPSC profile.
- Take a printout and get it attested by your Head of Office or Department. The officer must verify your signature, photo, name and free chance claim (if any).
- The officer’s signature, name and designation must be written clearly. The office seal is not accepted as proof of official position.
- If you yourself are the Head of Office, get your superior officer to attest it.
- Incomplete or unclear attestation can cost you the chance to write the exam.
- Without the admission ticket you will not be allowed into the exam hall.
- Candidates on deputation who claim a free chance must get attestation from the parent department’s Head of Office or Department.
- Government employees on the personal staff of people’s representatives can have the attestation done by the concerned representative, with a seal showing name and designation.
Do Not Carry
Mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, walkmans, calculators, smart watches and other electronic devices are banned in the exam campus. Having them in the exam hall can lead to cancellation of your result.
Kerala PSC Departmental Test 2026 – Exam Centres and Regions
The July 2026 tests are held in three regions. You choose your districts in order of preference within a region, and KPSC allots a centre based on availability.

Changing Your Exam Centre
- Requests to change a centre are not normally considered.
- If you cannot attend at your centre because of a transfer or training, apply to the Joint Secretary (Departmental Test Wing), KPSC, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram 695004, with the relevant order, after getting your admission ticket and before the exam begins.
- Writing at a centre or paper without written permission from KPSC can lead to your result being cancelled.
- Candidates cannot choose a centre by preference alone.

Kerala PSC Departmental Test 2026 – Exam Day Checklist
- Attested admission ticket with photo
- A valid photo ID
- Black or blue ballpoint pen for OMR tests
- Permitted government publications for “with books” papers only (Acts and Rules published by the Government, plus amendments)
- Reach the centre well before the reporting time
- Check the paper code and Alpha code on the OMR/online sheet
Notes, guides and private publications of Kerala Service Rules and similar books are not allowed unless the time table notification says so. Violating this can invalidate the result and lead to debarment from departmental tests.

Kerala PSC Departmental Test Time Table 2026 – Important Rules to Remember
- Free chance: An employee gets a fee exemption once per test, for tests that are obligatory for their post. Wrongly claiming it leads to rejection or invalidation.
- Papers cannot be changed after the last date. Paper and region selections were open only until the application deadline.
- One profile only. Multiple profiles lead to cancellation of candidature and action by KPSC.
- Cancelled or postponed tests are announced only through newspapers and the KPSC website. No individual memo is sent.
- Results can be invalidated for mistakes in attestation, writing papers not allowed by the admission ticket, pasting another photo over the admission ticket photo, or malpractice in the exam hall.
- Viva voce for visually impaired candidates: the time table is published separately on the KPSC website.
