The Kerala PSC Legal Assistant Grade II Rank List 2026 will remain in force until a new ranked list is published after a minimum period of one year or until three years have elapsed, whichever is earlier. Candidates included in the ranked list will be considered for appointment based on vacancies reported to the Commission and according to reservation and rotation rules in force at the time.
However, inclusion in the rank list does not guarantee appointment. Advice for appointment depends entirely on the occurrence of vacancies during the validity period of the ranked list.
Kerala PSC Legal Assistant Grade 2 Answer Script Rechecking
Candidates should note that revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed under Kerala PSC rules. However, answer scripts can be rechecked upon request. Candidates must apply through their One Time Registration (OTR) profile on the official Kerala PSC website and pay the prescribed fee of ₹85 through the e-payment facility.
Applications for rechecking must be submitted within 15 days from the publication of the rank list. Candidates can avail of only one opportunity for rechecking. Requests for invalidated answer scripts will not be considered, and the fee paid is non-refundable.
Kerala PSC Legal Assistant Grade 2 OMR Answer Sheet Photocopy
Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR Answer Sheet (Part A and Part B) can apply online through their OTR profile by paying a fee of ₹335. Applications must be submitted within 15 days from the date of publication of the rank list.
A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Photocopies of invalidated OMR sheets will not be provided. For posts selected through a common examination, OMR answer sheet copies will be issued only after the publication of all related ranked lists.
Kerala PSC Legal Assistant Grade 2 Community Details Correction
The community details mentioned in the rank list are based on the information and supporting documents submitted by candidates during the application process. Candidates who notice any discrepancy in their community category should immediately report the matter to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-II, Kerala Public Service Commission, Thiruvananthapuram.
Such corrections must be requested within one month from the publication date of the rank list. Timely correction is necessary to ensure eligibility for reservation benefits.
Kerala PSC Legal Assistant Grade 2 Relinquishment Procedure
Candidates who do not wish to be considered for future appointment through the Kerala PSC Legal Assistant Grade II Rank List may voluntarily relinquish their claim. The application should be submitted in the format prescribed by Kerala PSC and addressed to the Secretary, Kerala Public Service Commission Head Office, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram – 695004.
The application must be duly attested by a Gazetted Officer and accompanied by a notarized affidavit and a self-attested copy of a valid photo identity proof. Requests received within 15 days from the publication of the rank list will be considered against pending vacancies. After that period, relinquishment requests will only be accepted if they are received before the relevant vacancy is reported to the Commission.
