Kerala PSC recruits, engineering diploma holders from various streams towards the Harbour Engineering department through open recruitment as well as the departmental test. Any diploma holders from Electrical, Civil and Mechanical engineering below 36 years can apply for these positions. Selected candidates can join the service on a pay scale of Rs. 26,500-56,700/. Based on the latest PSC update, from the very next exam onwards for all technical positions, PSC has removed non-technical portions from the syllabus.
