Salary
Management trainees will be appointed as Deputy Managers in the Junior Management JM-I Grade/Scale on successful completion of one year training in the Bank. They shall receive a monthly stipend of ₹65,000 during the period of training. On appointment, the salary scale for Deputy Managers JM-I will be ₹48,480 to ₹85,920 with IBA 12th Bipartite Settlement Advances.

EXIM Bank MT Recruitment 2024, aspirants will be selected based on the online examination and personal interview. Once they cleared the online examination and Interview round, they will be placed as Management Trainees or Managers in the EXIM Bank.
