There are proper IBPS PO marks required for final selection and the candidates will only be able to go through with the job after they are trained by the authorities as per the rules and regulations. IBPS PO interview selection is based upon the personality of the candidates and the candidates will have to make sure that they give the correct answer in the interview to be selected. There is a three-stage procedure through which the candidates will be selected by the authorities in this prestigious recruitment opportunity. The candidates will first have to give the preliminary examination which will be followed by the main examination and the last stage of the selection procedure is the interview round which will be conducted one-on-one by the authorities of the organization.
IBPS PO 2024 Preliminary Exam Selection Procedure
This is the first step included in the selection process. The candidates who qualify for this online preliminary examination will be shortlisted for the main examination. Prelims exam is a one-hour objective type examination including three subjects with a total of 100 marks. The candidates should note that there is a negative marking for objective tests. For every wrong answer, 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted. If the question is left unanswered there will be no penalty marks. The Candidates have to obtain the minimum cut-off marks in each of the three papers mentioned above in order to be qualified to appear for the main examination.
IBPS PO 2024 Mains Exam Selection Procedure
IBPS PO 2023 Mains Exam has introduced a descriptive paper in English subject. Mains exam includes a total of 4+1 subjects with a duration of 3 hours + 3 minutes on the whole. The candidates should note that there is a negative marking for objective tests. For every wrong answer, 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted. If the question is left unanswered there will be no penalty marks. The candidates have to obtain the minimum cut-off marks in each of the papers mentioned above in order to be qualified. The candidates should also obtain the minimum total score in the main examination in order to be shortlisted to appear for the interview.
IBPS PO 2024 Interview
The last stage of the selection procedure is the interview round which will be taken by the authorities of the organization one-on-one to all of the candidates who have passed the main examination. The details related to the interview round will be available through email or mobile number of the candidates who have passed the main examination. The candidates who have been shortlisted in the main examination will be appearing for the interview for the CRP PO/MT- IX examination. The total marks allocated for an interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks in the interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates). Interviews will be conducted by the participating organization.
