The salary of Kerala Dewaswom Board employees are decided by the Kerala Public Service Commission. It is set according to the rules of the government and follows the 10th pay commission. Kerala Dewaswom Board LDC Promotion
An LDC is the lowest in the clerical rank and these employees have a huge scope for promotion and growth. A Lower Division Clerk may get promoted to UDC (Upper Division Clerk) after completion of a particular period of time of residency in a specific office as per the salary and job profile. After this point, to get promoted to a higher post, the applicant needs to finish a UDC test. They can grow to become Section officers and above, which are Gazetted Posts.
