Kerala PSC Assistant Manager Travancore Titanium Salary
Periodically the Travancore Titanium recruits engineering graduates from various streams to the Assistant Manager posts. PSC conducts the recruitment notification for the Assistant Manager posts from candidates belonging to Electrical, Mechanical and Civil engineering streams. Candidates are recruiting on a pay scale of Rs. 11910-19350/ along with other allowances and benefits. After 05-07 years of continuous service in the organization as the Assistant Managers, candidates are entitled to promotion chances to the Managers or Executive Managers positions.
Assistant Managers in the Travancore Titanium will get Dearness Allowances, House Rent Allowances, PF, Insurance, and extra allowances. In-state services, if the basic pay is between Rs.3500 and Rs.6500, then they will get entitled to 835% of the pay subject. The DA rate is subjected to change periodically. Assistant Managers are also entitled to House Rent Allowances (HRA) with anywhere between Rs.1200 to Rs.1600, and city compensation allowances.
The other allowances and benefits include Paternity leave for 10 days each for two children, surrender of earned leave for 30 days in a year, spectacle allowance, special Casual Leave for a maximum of 45 days will be sanctioned to those employees who undergo Chemotherapy or Radiation and Kidney Transplantation, etc.
