Application Process for Kerala PSC Sub Inspector (SI) Recruitment 2025

Steps to Apply

1. One-Time Registration (OTR):
   • Candidates who have not registered before must complete the OTR by creating a profile with a valid User ID and password.
   • New users must upload a recent photograph (taken within six months) with the candidate’s name and date of the photograph printed at the bottom. This photograph will remain valid for 10 years.
2. Application Submission:
   • Log in to your profile using the User ID and password.
   • Click on the “Apply Now” button for the respective post listed in the notification.
   • Ensure all personal and academic details are accurate before submission.
3. No Application Fee:
   • There is no fee required to apply for this post.
4. Confirmation for Test:
   • For candidates eligible to take the written/OMR/online test, confirmation must be submitted through their One-Time Registration profile within the stipulated period.
   • Only candidates who confirm will be able to generate and download the Admission Ticket during the 15 days prior to the test date.
5. Printout for Reference:
   • Candidates should retain a printout or soft copy of the application for future reference.

6. Disciplinary Measures:

• Experience certificate in the format prescribed by the Commission

• Caste Certificate (if required)
• If the caste of the candidates is wrongly mentioned in their SSLC book, they should claim their original caste in their application and should produce Community/NCLC certificate issued from concerned revenue authority and the gazette notification for the same at the time of certificate

• Corrections: Applications once submitted are considered provisional. No changes or deletions can be made post-submission.
