NABARD Eligibility

Age Limit

Assistant Manager (Grade A): 21 and 30 years

Manager (Grade B): 21 yrs  and 35 years

Protocol & Security Service(Grade A)- 25 and 40 Years (no relaxation for any category)

Development Assistant/ Development Assistant (Hindi): Between 18 and 35 years.

Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (Rajbhasha) -21 and 33 years

Educational Qualification

Assistant Manager in Grade A (Rajbhasha):

Second Class Master’s Degree in Hindi/Hindi Translation, with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s Degree level or Second Class Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s Degree level Second Class Master’s Degree in Sanskrit / Economics / Commerce with English and Hindi as subjects at Bachelor’s Degree level.  Or a Master’s Degree in both English and Hindi/Hindi Translation, of which one must be Second Class.

Development Assistant/ Development Assistant (Hindi):

For Development Assistant Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent from a recognized University.

For Development Assistant (Hindi) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University in English/Hindi medium with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject with a minimum of 50% marks and Candidate must be able to translate from English to Hindi and vice-versa.

Manager (Grade B):

Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from any recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks or Post Graduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized University.

Assistant Manager (Grade A):

• General
  Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or Post Graduate degree with a minimum of 50% marks(SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate or Ph.D.  Chartered Accountant /Cost Accountant / Company Secretary with a Bachelor’s degree. Two-year full-time P.G. Diploma in Management /full-time MBA degree from Institutions recognized by GOI / UGC with a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

• Animal Husbandry /Dairy Technology
  Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Sciences / Animal Husbandry / Dairy Technology from any recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or Post Graduate degree in Veterinary Sciences / Animal Husbandry/Dairy Technology with a minimum of 50% marks.
• Economics / Agricultural Economics
  Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Agriculture Economics with 50% marks or Post Graduate degree in Economics/Agriculture Economics with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university. Candidates with Economics as one of the main subjects at all years/semesters of the course will only be eligible.
• Environment
  Bachelor’s degree with Environmental Science / Environmental Engineering as a subject with 50% marks or Postgraduate degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science with 50% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
• Food Processing
  Bachelor’s degree / BE / B.Tech. in Food Processing /Food Technology with 50% marks or Postgraduate degree in Food Processing /Food Technology with 50% marks from a recognized University/Institution.

• Forestry
  Bachelor’s degree in Forestry from a recognized University/Institution with 50% marks or Postgraduate degree in Forestry with 50% marks.
• Finance
  BBA (Finance/Banking) / BMS (Finance/Banking) with 50% marks. Two years of full-time P.G. Diploma in Management (Finance) /Full-time MBA (Finance) degree from Institutions / Universities recognized by GoI /UGC. Bachelor of Financial and Investment Analysis with 50% marks. Chartered Accountant with Bachelor’s degree (The Membership of ICAI must have been obtained on or before 01-05-2019).
• Land Development – Soil Science
  Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture / Agriculture (Soil Science/Agronomy) with 50% marks or Post Graduate degree in Agriculture / Agriculture (Soil Science/Agronomy) with a minimum of 50% marks (from a recognized University / Institution.
• Plantation and Horticulture
  Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture from any recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks or Post Graduate degree in Horticulture with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Protocol & Security Service (P & SS): 

The candidate should be an Officer with a minimum of five years of Commissioned Service in the Army/Navy/Air Force holding a valid Ex-Serviceman Identity Card.
