Candidates chosen for the position of NIACL AO will receive a basic pay of Rs 32,795, as well as other allowances as applicable. Candidates chosen for the AO position must serve a one-year probation period beginning on the date of hire. The chosen AO will be required to submit a commitment to serve NIACL for a minimum of four years, including the probation period. NIACL AO Career Growth
