Bank of Baroda Apprentice 2026 Stipend & Benefits
₹15,000 per month during the 12-month apprenticeship training period Paid monthly after adjusting Loss of Pay (if any). No other allowances or benefits applicable.
The apprenticeship is not regular employment in the Bank, nor a contract employment. Apprentices are classified only as “Trainees” and are not entitled to any employee benefits such as PF, gratuity, or leave encashment. The Bank has no obligation to offer regular employment after completion. No Ex-servicemen are eligible, and apprentices cannot form or join any Union.
At the end of the 12-month training, candidates will undergo a final assessment test. Based on their performance, an Apprenticeship Certificate will be issued — a valuable credential for future job applications.
