1. Age Limit for Armed Police Sub Inspector (Trainee)
Category I – Open Market:

The post of Armed Police Sub Inspector (Trainee) carries a scale of pay of ₹45,600 – 95,600/-. Once appointed to regular service after training, the officer receives all government-permitted allowances including Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Travel Allowance, and other police service allowances. Additional benefits include increment, insurance, pension, and medical support according to Kerala Government rules. Trainees receive a stipend during the training phase instead of full salary.
