Send in your application as soon as you can, or before the notification’s deadline. It should be mentioned that applications are encouraged from all eligible candidates.

Kerala PSC LDC 2024 Notification: How to Apply?

• All of the interested individuals can Only Apply Online. For that, firstly the aspirant must register themselves with the One Time Registration profile Thulasi.
• Candidates who have registered can apply by logging into their profile using their User-ID and Password.
• Candidates must click on the ‘Apply Now’ button of the respective posts in the Notification Link to apply for a post.
• . The Photograph uploaded should be taken after 31.12.2013. Name of the candidate and the date of
  photograph taken should be printed legibly at the bottom portion. The photograph once uploaded
  meeting all requirements shall be valid for 10 years from the date of taking photograph. Candidates
  who are creating their profile newly from 01.01.2023 , should upload the photograph taken within 6
  months . There is no change in other instructions regarding the uploading of photographs
• However, in Kerala PSC No application fee is required for the application to be complete.
• Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password. Before the final submission of the application on the profile candidates must ensure correctness of the information in their profile.
• They must quote the User-ID for further communication with the Commission. Application submitted is provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission
• Meanwhile, all the applicants are advised to keep a printout or  a soft copy of the online application for future reference.
• For this,  the aspirants can take the printout of the application by clicking on the link `My Applications’ through their profile. All communication with the Commission, regarding the application, should be accompanied by the printout of the application.

Application Fee

The aspirants of the Kerala PSC Lower Division Clerk 2024 recruitment should note that there is no application fee required to be submitted along with the application form as per last recruitment pattern. Hence, there are no application fees for the Kerala PSC Lower Division Clerk Exam 2024.

• Certificates to prove Educational qualification

Advice for beginners when uploading photos

• The photo to be uploaded can be in Color/ black and white.
• The face and shoulder of the candidate should be clearly visible
• Photo should be of 200 pixels height and 150 pixels width
• The file size should not exceed 30kb and it should be in JPG format
• The background of the photo should be either light-colored or white in color
• The eyes should be open
• Face should be centrally focused
• Photograph wearing cap goggles, (except cap, veil worn in adherence to religious custom), photographs showing a portion of the face, photo with unclear face shall not be accepted.

Kerala PSC LDC 2024 Application Guidelines

• Please upload your photo and all other necessary documents before proceeding. You can add these details as default while creating your profile. The candidate’s name and the date the photograph was taken must be legibly printed at the bottom of the photo. The photograph must have been taken within the last six months. Once the photograph has been uploaded and meets all requirements, it will be valid for 10 years from the date of uploading.
• Candidates are in responsible for ensuring that their passwords are kept secret and that their personal information is accurate. Candidates must verify that the information in their profile is accurate before submitting their application in its final form. The application is submitted provisionally and cannot be removed or changed after it has been submitted. However, if during the processing stage it is discovered that there is any noncompliance with the notification, the applications may be rejected.
• If a Written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection, candidates shall submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration Profile. Such candidates alone can generate and download the Admission Tickets in the last 15 days till the date of Test. The applications of candidates who do not submit confirmation within the stipulated period, will be rejected absolutely. The periods regarding the submission of confirmation and the availability of Admission Tickets will be published in the Examination Calendar itself. Information in this regard will be given to the candidates in their respective profiles and in the mobile phone number registered in it.
