The recruitment to the post of Civil Police Officer will only be to the Woman Police Battalion and the vacancies occurring in the district will be filled up by transferring the officers on the basis of Advice/Rank Seniority.

The age limit for the candidates is between 18-26 years. That is, candidates born between 02.01.1994 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included) only are eligible to apply for this post.
The maximum age limit shall be relaxed up to 29 years for candidates belonging to other backward communities(OBC) and 31 years for SC/ST candidates. All other categories of age relaxation will be given according to the prevailing Government orders.
Pass in HS Examination (Plus Two) or its equivalent. Also, note that in the case of SC and ST candidates who have failed in the HS (Plus Two) examination shall also be considered if a sufficient number of qualified candidates not available to fill up the reserved quota for SC and ST.
Candidates who claim equivalent qualification should produce the relevant Government order to prove the claim at the time of One-Time verification or as demanded by the commission.
Height: A minimum of 157 cm. The minimum height measurement is 150 cm for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe communities.
EyeSight: Must be certified to possess the visual standards specified below without glasses.

- Each eye must have a full field of vision.
- Color blindness, squint, or any morbid conditions of the eye or lids of either eye shall be a disqualification.
- Must be free from apparent physical defects like knock-knee, flat foot, Varicose vein, bow legs, deformed limbs, irregular and protruding tooth, defective speech, and hearing.
Physical Efficiency Test
Must qualify in any of the five events out of eight events specified below of the National Physical Efficiency, One Star Standard Test.

At the time of physical efficiency test, candidates should produce, a Medical Certificate in original in the prescribed form, certifying to their physical fitness and eyesight without glasses. The Medical Certificate should be obtained from a Medical Officer under the Government, not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon/ Junior Consultant.
