SBI SO Selection Process 2022

SBI SO selection procedure consists of three stages starting from online examination and the candidates must fill up the application form in order to successfully get important information related to the online examination that will be conducted by the organisation of the State Bank of India. The candidates will be able to get most of the information related to the entrance examination by taking into consideration the official website of the State Bank of India. The candidates will also have to give an interview and then only they will be able to to get a chance in this organisation. The final selection list will be published by the organisation on its official website. 

SBI SO 2022 Online Exam Selection Procedure

The candidates applying for the SBI SO exam need to be aware of the SBI SO exam pattern which includes 2 papers – Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 comprises of questions from English Language, Reasoning Ability and Quantitative Aptitude. Paper 2 comprises questions from Professional Knowledge. The distribution of marks of each section totally depends on the type of SBI SO post that a candidate has applied for at the time of online application. The candidates qualifying for the online examination are eligible for the next process which is the Interview round. The final list of shortlisted candidates will be announced by taking into consideration the marks obtained by the candidates in the Professional Knowledge section and the Interview round.

For Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, and IT Security Expert

There will be an online written examination for the vacancies provided and there will be four subjects included in this entrance examination and all of the subjects will be qualifying in nature. The examination will have multiple choice questions and each question will have four possibilities. The applicants will have to choose the best option in order to successfully give this entrance examination. With the exception of the English language paper, all questions will be multilingual in nature. Each question will be of one mark and there will be no negative marking.

For Project Manager, Application Architect and Technical Lead

The written examination will be done online for these vacancies mentioned above. Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Role-based Knowledge, and IT Professional Knowledge are the five components in the Project Manager, Application Architect, and Technical Lead exams. For each correct answer, one mark will be provided to all of the candidates and there will be no provision related to the negative marking. SBI SO 2022 Shortlisting Selection Procedure

The second stage of the selection procedure in the State Bank of India recruitment opportunity is the shortlisting round. The shortlisting round is the procedure in which the candidates will be shortlisted by the concerned authorities of the State Bank of India. The State Bank of India will collect all of the data of the applicants who have given the online examination and then the cut off mark list will be prepared by the authorities of SBI and according to that cutoff mark list, the candidates will be selected in this recruitment opportunity. SBI SO 2022 Interview Selection 

To be selected for the job, aspirants do not have to appear for an offline written exam. A shortlisting board constituted by the Bank will settle on certain shortlisting parameters and thereafter, an adequate number of applicants, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview. The interview will be conducted for 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the bank latter. In case more than one aspirant scores the same marks, elder aspirants will be given preference. The candidates who successfully qualify for the exam will be called for an interview process. The interview process is held separately for different posts filled through SBI SO 2022. In this phase, the most important thing is your personality. The interviewer checks for your communication skills, expression, intellectual and your way of responding.

SBI SO 2022 Allotment  

The candidates not only have to crack the test but also have to score good marks to make it to the merit list. The candidates are shortlisted based on the parameters decided by the bank and thereafter, an adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview. The merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in the interview only. In case more than one candidate scores, the cut-off marks (common marks at the cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit list.
