  • Reasons and How to Overcome
  • SBI PO Exam Details

The State Bank of India conducts exams to get candidates jobs in the banking sector and one of them is the job of Probationary Officer (also called SBI PO). The exam is reported to be difficult and got no easier and we asked why? That’s what science is, isn’t it? We have come up with the ‘Why’ and we also have ways to get over this obstacle.

Syllabus for SBI PO Mains

The syllabus isn’t the main reason for the difficulty but it is one of the minor reasons. Some people find it challenging while others have their ways of studying.

The syllabus is of three parts:

  1. Quantitative Aptitude
  2. Reasoning Ability
  3. English Language

Reasons and How to Overcome

Let’s get to the point, the main reasons are the vacancy and number of candidates. Due to SBI PO having lower vacancy than IBPS PO, very less people can get the job and to do that, the cut-off is raised because, as usual, they want only the best of the best. SBI is very reputed and more people apply for it and that further increases the cut-off.

So in short, higher cut-off is the issue here. The solution is as simple and clear as crystal, prepare better and work harder. Lucky for you, we are here to help. Enrol in the Entri app today and start preparing. You even get mock tests and nothing prepares you like mock tests. It’s best to start at the earliest and not to rush the preparation and studying process.

Fretting over an exam does nothing but lower self-confidence and wastes time that you could’ve used to study. Try not to study too much though, keep your mind calm and free. Take ample time for recreation.

SBI PO Exam Details

The exam takes place in 2 phases, prelims and mains. The prelims are just qualifiers for the mains exam and prelims marks won’t be counted for the final evaluation. The exam takes place online and is conducted annually. It is a national level exam and the expected number of candidates is nearly 10 lakh and only 2000+ available seats so you can guess the intensity. The date is to be notified later so you can start preparing today. Why wait?

Hope you find this informative and start to overcome this not-very-big obstacle. stay home and have a nice day:)
