IBPS Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Work Experience Required

• Assistant: At least 2 years in data validation, reconciliation, MIS reporting, record management or Excel-based data analysis. Advanced Excel skills such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables and data cleaning are essential. Power Query, Macros, SQL, Power BI or Tableau are a plus.
• Programming Assistant: At least 2 years handling applications in a Unix/Linux environment, including file handling, data entry and data transfer, plus basic programming in any language and good Excel knowledge. Python or FORTRAN experience is an advantage.

IBPS Salary 2026 – Pay Scale and Annual CTC

The Server Administrator post offers the highest pay of the three, while the Assistant and Programming Assistant posts share the same pay structure.
