1. Validity of Rank List
- The rank list is valid for one year from the finalization date.
- Candidates are selected based on reservation and rotation rules for vacancies reported during this period.
- Inclusion in the rank list does not guarantee appointment, as it depends on available vacancies.
2. Rechecking of Answer Scripts
- Candidates cannot apply for revaluation, but they can request a recheck of their answer scripts.
- Applications must be submitted via the One Time Registration profile on the KPSC official website.
- A fee of ₹85 is required, payable through e-payment.
- The rechecking request must be made within 15 days from the date of rank list publication.
3. Obtaining a Photocopy of OMR Answer Sheets
- Candidates can apply for a photocopy of their OMR sheets (Part A & B) via the One Time Registration profile.
- A fee of ₹335 must be paid online through the portal.
- Applications through email, post, or direct submission will not be accepted.
- The request must be submitted within 15 days from the rank list publication date.
4. Community Discrepancies in the Rank List
- Candidates who find errors in their community details must inform the Kerala PSC District Office, Thiruvananthapuram, within one month of the rank list publication.
- Failure to do so may result in losing reservation benefits.
5. Relinquishing Claim for Advice
- Candidates who do not wish to be considered for appointments must submit a Relinquishment Application in the prescribed format.
- The application should be addressed to The District Officer, Kerala PSC, Thiruvananthapuram-695004.
- It must be attested by a Gazetted Officer and include a notarized affidavit along with a self-attested copy of a valid ID proof.
- Requests submitted within 15 days of the rank list publication will be honored for pending vacancies.
6. OMR Answer Sheet and Rank List Publication
- Since a common OMR test was conducted for multiple posts, marks will be published only after all related rank lists are finalized.
- Rechecking results will be intimated later.
- OMR answer sheets (Part A & B) will be destroyed six months after the finalization of the last rank list related to this test.
