Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline. (The qualification shall be one obtained from universities recognized by
UGC or from any other institutes established by Govt. of India or Govt. of Kerala) - Typewriting (English) Higher (KGTE/MGTE) or equivalent qualification.
- Typewriting (Malayalam) Higher (KGTE).
- Shorthand (English) Higher (KGTE/MGTE) or equivalent qualification.
- Shorthand (Malayalam) Lower (KGTE).
Note: Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree are acceptable
Age Limit
- 18 – 36 years
- Only candidates born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post.
- Other Backward Communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation.
Kerala PSC Stenographer Recruitment 2023: Selection Process 2022
The Kerala PSC Stenographer Grade IV selection process includes the written/online/OMR exam following the document verification. The candidates are supposed to attend the written exam initially. The eligible candidates can further move to the document verification. The candidates who are eligible must be aware about the documents to be submitted in this final phase of recruitment. Every person appointed to the pot shall be on probation from the date on which he/she joins duty for a period of total one year within a continuous period of two years.
