Kerala PSC System Analyst Result 2026 – Important Instructions
Candidates included in the Kerala PSC System Analyst Result should carefully read the important instructions issued by the Kerala Public Service Commission. System Analyst Rank List Subject to Court Case
The further selection and appointment to the post of System Analyst are subject to the final outcome of WP(C) No. 30438/2024. Candidates should note that the recruitment process may be affected based on the court’s final decision.
Kerala PSC System Analyst Marks Publication
Since the recruitment was conducted through a common OMR examination, the marks obtained by candidates in the System Analyst exam will be published only after all related ranked lists, including NCA notifications (if any), are finalized.
Validity of Kerala PSC System Analyst Rank List
The Kerala PSC System Analyst Rank List will remain valid for a minimum period of one year and up to a maximum of three years, or until a new ranked list is published, whichever occurs first. Appointment from the list depends entirely on the vacancies reported to Kerala PSC. Inclusion in the rank list does not guarantee appointment.
Kerala PSC System Analyst Answer Script Rechecking
Candidates who wish to apply for rechecking of their OMR answer script can submit an online application through their Kerala PSC One Time Registration (OTR) profile by paying a fee of ₹85. Applications must be submitted on or before deadline. Rechecking is allowed only once, and the fee is non-refundable.
Kerala PSC System Analyst OMR Answer Sheet Copy
Candidates can obtain a photocopy of their OMR Answer Sheet (Part A & Part B) by applying online through their OTR profile and paying the prescribed fee of ₹335. The last date to apply is 13 July 2026. For common examinations, OMR copies will be issued only after all related ranked lists are published.
Community Details Correction in Rank List
If a candidate finds any discrepancy in the community details mentioned in the ranked list, they should inform the Deputy Secretary (Examinations-II), Kerala PSC, within one month from the publication date. Failure to report errors within the prescribed time may affect reservation benefits.
Kerala PSC System Analyst Rank List Relinquishment
Candidates who do not wish to receive appointment advice from the rank list can submit a relinquishment application in the prescribed format available on the Kerala PSC website. The application must be duly attested, accompanied by a notarized affidavit and a self-attested photo ID copy. Requests received within 15 days of the rank list publication will be considered as per PSC rules.
Destruction of OMR Answer Sheets
Kerala PSC has informed that the Part A and Part B OMR answer sheets will be destroyed after six months from the date of finalization of the last ranked list prepared based on the common examination.
