By definition, an Administrative Tribunals are for “conducting trials on disputes and complaints with respect to recruitment and conditions of service of persons appointed to public services and posts in connection with the affairs of the Union or of any State or of any local or other authority within the territory of India or under the control of the Government of India or of any corporation owned or controlled by the Government”. 3% of the total vacancies reported shall be reserved for eligible DA Candidates. Candidates with Locomotor Disability/ Cerebral Palsy, Low Vision, and Hearing Impairment are eligible for this post. DA Candidates with Blindness are not eligible to apply for the Assistant post.
The Ranked list of selected candidates published by the Commission in response to this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year.

Administrative Tribunal Assistant 2020 Eligibility
- Education Qualification: Bachelors Degree in any subject from a UGC recognized University or National Institute established by Government of India or Institutes established by the Government of Kerala or its equivalent. Preferences will be given to candidates with a degree in Law.
- Age Limit: Candidates age shall be between 18 years and 36 years. Only candidates born between 1984 January 01, and 2002, January 01(both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual relaxation to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Communities (OBC) and Widows.
