Candidates applying for Kerala Administrative Service (KAS) 2025 must fulfill specific age, educational, and service-related criteria based on the stream they are applying for.

Age Relaxation Highlights (All Streams)
- SC/ST: +5 years
- OBC: +3 years
- PWD (Vision/Hearing/Speech): Up to 15 years
- Orthopaedically Disabled: Up to 10 years
- Widows: +5 years
- Ex-servicemen: Service period + unemployment gap (up to 5 years)
Note: Maximum age after relaxation should not exceed 50 years.
Important Notes:
- Educational qualifications must be obtained from UGC-recognized universities or national institutions.
- Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications must produce valid Government Order at the time of certificate verification.
- Those applying through Stream 2 and Stream 3 must obtain a certificate from their controlling officer stating their service details and that no major penalties or proceedings are pending.
- Reserved category candidates must upload valid community/non-creamy layer/EWS/disability certificates as per the notification guidelines.

The Kerala Administrative Service (KAS) 2025 recruitment is conducted through direct recruitment under three different streams:

How to Apply for KAS 2025?
Applying for the Kerala Administrative Service (KAS) 2025 is easy through the official Kerala PSC Thulasi portal. Follow these steps:
- Visit the official Kerala PSC website: https://www.keralapsc.gov.in
- Log in using your registered PSC Thulasi ID and password. If you’re a new user, click on “One Time Registration” and complete the signup.
- After logging in, click on ‘Apply Now’ next to the relevant KAS stream (01/2025, 02/2025, or 03/2025).
- Review the eligibility, enter necessary details, and upload your latest photograph and signature.
