KAS Kerala Selection Process 2025

The selection process for Kerala Administrative Service (KAS) 2025 involves three stages:

• Written Examination (Prelims & Mains)
• Document Verification
• Interview

Candidates who clear all the stages will be considered for final appointment based on merit and reservation norms.

KAS 2025 Method of Appointment

Note:

• Separate Ranked Lists will be prepared for each stream.
• Candidates applying for more than one category must submit separate applications.
• 4% reservation is provided for Differently Abled candidates as per G.O.(P) No.11/2019/SJD dated 25.10.2019, based on functional classification and physical requirements.

How to Apply for Kerala PSC KAS 2025

1. One Time Registration (OTR)
   Candidates must complete the One Time Registration through the official Kerala PSC website: www.keralapsc.gov.in.

   • Log in using your User ID and Password.

   • Click ‘Apply Now’ on the respective post under the Notification section.

2. No Application Fee

   • There is no application fee required for Kerala Administrative Service (KAS) 2025 application.

3. Ensure Accuracy

   • Double-check all personal details before final submission.

   • Once submitted, applications cannot be edited or deleted.

   • Keep a printout or soft copy of your application for future reference.

4. Aadhaar Linking

   • Candidates with Aadhaar must add it as an ID proof in their profile.

5. Mobile Number & Email ID

   • Use a valid mobile number and email ID throughout the process. Avoid changing these during the recruitment cycle.

Documents Required

Be ready with the following documents (originals to be produced when required):

• Proof of Age (SSLC or equivalent)
• Degree Certificate (as per stream eligibility)
• Community / Caste / Non-Creamy Layer / EWS Certificate (if applicable)
• Disability Certificate with Job Functionality details (if applicable)
• Service Certificate or NOC (for Stream 2 and 3)
• Photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.)Any other documents mentioned in the official notification

Photo Guidelines

• Recent passport-size color photograph taken within 6 months (for new profiles)
• Should clearly display candidate’s name and date of photo taken at the bottom
• Uploaded photo will be valid for 10 years
• Ensure good clarity, proper background, and proper lighting

KAS 2025 Salary

Selected candidates for the Kerala Administrative Service (KAS) will be appointed in the Junior Time Scale of pay. The salary structure is as follows:

• Basic Pay: ₹77,200 – ₹1,40,500/-

In addition to the basic pay, KAS officers are entitled to various perks and allowances as per the prevailing government norms, including:
