• The certificate provided must be recognized by the State Government.
• The applicants  who presents equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification must submit  the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification.
• It is then only such qualification, given by the applicant shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification concerned.
• In the case of difference in original caste/community claimed in the application by the candidate and that entered in SSLC book, the applicants must produce a Gazette notification stating the same.
• The candidates who belong to  Non Creamy Layer Certificate or Community Certificate must produce respective documents at the time of certificate verification.
• According to the Rule 22 of KPSC Rules of procedure 1976, suitable disciplinary action will be taken against those applicants who submit application for the post with bogus claims of qualification and submit confirmation for examination, irrespective of whether they are present or absent for the examination.

• Candidates must be responsible for the correctness of the personal information provided by them and secrecy of password.
