Age Limit:

• 18–41.
  This position is open to candidates born between January 2, 1981 and January 1, 2004. (both dates included).
• Generally, age relaxation is given to candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Communities.

Educational Qualification:

• Candidates who Pass in SSLC or its equivalent qualification are eligible.

Physical Standards:

• Minimum height requirement is 150 cm.
• The candidates must note that the above conditions regarding chest measurements will be applicable
  for SC candidates.

Eye Sight:

• The candidates should  be certified to possess the visual standards specified without glasses.

• The candidates must note that each eye must have a full field of vision.

• The candidates must be free from apparent physical defects like knock knee, flat foot, varicose veins, bow legs, deformed limbs, irregular and protruding teeth, defective speech and hearing.
• The applicants must qualify in any five events out of the eight events of the National Physical Efficiency One Star Standard Test.
• The specifications of the National Physical Efficiency One Star Standard Test is given below

• Candidates’ physical measurements will be obtained during the physical efficiency test, and those who do not meet the required physical measurements will not be allowed to take the test.
• If a candidate is injured or has an accident while taking the Physical Efficiency Test, she will not be offered another chance to do the test.
• Candidates must present an authentic Medical Certificate in the form prescribed herein at the time of the Physical Efficiency Test, proving their physical fitness and eye sight without spectacles.
• The medical certificate must be issued by a government medical officer with at least the level of Assistant Surgeon/Junior Consultant, and it must be uploaded into the candidate’s OTR Profile at the time of Certificate Verification.
