1. Written Exam
The initial stage in the Kerala Bank Assistant Manager Selection Process is Written Examination. Since the eligibility criteria consist of 60% aggregate marks in degree, there is high probability that there will be only one main written exam for the selection.
2. Interview
The second phase of the selection process is a Personal Interview. Candidates who have qualified the Written exam will be called for a Personal Interview.
