- Open Ranked Lists and search “Civil Excise Officer Driver”.
- Select your district and click Download.
- Press Ctrl+F and search your name or register number.
- Check your rank, marks and community entry.
Validity of the Civil Excise Driver Rank List 2026
The list stays in force until a new list is published after a minimum of one year, or until three years pass, whichever is earlier. Candidates are advised for appointment as per reservation and rotation rules, against vacancies reported to the PSC. Inclusion in the list does not guarantee appointment.

Rechecking rules
- Apply only through your One Time Registration (OTR) profile, with e-payment.
- Only one chance is allowed after the list is approved.
- Invalidated scripts are not rechecked, and the fee is non-refundable.
OMR photocopy rules
- Apply through your OTR profile only.
- One copy per candidate, and only your own sheet. Legal action is taken against those applying for another candidate’s sheet.
- Where a common exam covers several posts, copies are issued only after all related rank lists are published.
- Email, post or in-person applications are not accepted.
Community Entry Wrong? Act Within One Month
The community column shows what you declared in your application and proved with documents. If it is wrong, inform the District Officer, Kerala PSC, District Office, Ernakulam, 682016 within one month of publication. Otherwise you will be advised as per the list and may lose reservation benefits.

- A notarized affidavit
